Step 1: Begin with a FREE initial phone consultation.

We’ll help you solve a marketing challenge, and we’ll find out if there is a good reason for us to work together.

Step 2: We visit your practice or you visit our Southern California office.

This includes:

  • An initial problem/opportunity phone analysis of approximately 1.5 hours.
  • A thorough assessment of your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using our proprietary diagnostic tools.
  • Assessment of key staff, customer service and sales and marketing systems including your staff’s phone skills.
  • Discussion of facility and sign issues and opportunities.
  • Demographic analysis and target audience identification.
  • A written marketing plan based on your goals, strengths, opportunities, etc. This will serve as your practice’s success blueprint for several years.
  • A thorough explanation of the tactics and strategies you will use to grow your practice
  • A great deal of follow on support and coaching.
  • Upon request we also coach and train your staff; develop marketing support materials, including a brand (image). We are a full service company for advertising, media buying, staff training especially sales and customer service, PR, website development, etc. Our service is turnkey.
  • Help and support implementing your marketing plan.
