  • A thorough assessment of your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using our proprietary diagnostic tools.
  • Assessment of key staff, customer service and sales and marketing systems including your staff’s phone skills.
  • Discussion of facility and sign issues and opportunities.
  • Demographic analysis and target audience identification.
  • A written marketing plan based on your goals, strengths, opportunities, etc. This will serve as your practice’s success blueprint for this year and likely several beyond.
  • A thorough explanation of the tactics and strategies you will use to grow your practice.
  • A great deal of follow-up support and coaching.
  • For an additional fee we will also coach and train your staff; develop marketing support materials including a brand (image); develop advertising; buy media; train your staff in sales and customer service; do PR work and website development; etc. Comprehensive help and support for implementing your marketing plan is available.

Fees:

$2995 if we come to you, no additional charge for travel expenses.
$1995 if your office is in Southern California.
